To be completely honest...the customer service is not the best and the food well it's fast food so you get what you get mediocre. I come here often and only had one issue previously (manager was rude when I told her my order was wrong...she told me I ordered wrong. Just rude and disgusting) before the issue I had today. I have been ordering through the DD app because I rather not deal with the rude a manager and it has been going well. I walk in grab my items and go but today was HORRIBLE... I came and my drink was not ready. I waited and watched how other customers receive their items. I even so staff walk up to some customers who haven't receive their items... I watched for 10mins but yet no one approached me or ask me what was I waiting for. I finally said excuse me I haven't gotten my drink and they said oh the machine is broke. I'm like why would no say something why have me waiting here so long for a drink. I asked for a manager to let her know what happened and she had response she just stood there... I asked for my money back and walked out. I will not be back

How do I order a frozen coffee- the guy asks me what flavor I want. I say vanilla bean. Then I receive a disgusting what seems vanilla ice cream melted in a cup. Too much fake sugar. Never going back to Dunkin’ Donuts again.

I love dunkin donuts so much the Iced coffee is great the bacon egg and cheese with the crassiont is just so juicy the glazed donuts are so sweet but I get really energetic from the the iced coffee

Let me tell you the young girl with blonde brown long hair is such a doll always polite and always makes my latte perfect . Everyone is very nice and polite but her customer serive is on top .

This location is pretty fast with getting the orders to the customer. It was clean and the young lady behind the corner was very nice.

I went for donuts , one of the donut did not taste good. The person who was attending was totally rude. I don’t recommend this place.

Everytime i do door dash here my order is never ready , i dont understand why i have to wait so long or wait till i get to the store for them to start the door dash order

Hot coffee has to be hot and not just warm! I consistently get warm coffee, is there a way on the app to add a note that I would want my Hot coffee HOT?
