White Castle

First of all😒 the doors to the place were locked and there were employees were still inside taking orders at the window. And then, they took forever taking the order and giving it to me. They ran out of smoothies and would not take cash, only credit and debit. Worst of all, their machines are down so overall even though the services are great and the food as well, the place has to be revamped, it's like the year 1505 when you step in there lol😂

I went in and waited 20 mins for my food and everybody blamed each other for my wait and did nothing for me. .i watched then serve 4 people in drive threw and ignored my order. . and when I got my food it was chewy and not worth the wait. .i came the next day to complain to another manager and got a "sorry" that's it. .i will be going to the one on 22. . out the way but good service is all I'm looking for

I grew up with White Castle when it was newly formed, or at least newly opened in New Jersey. It will always remind me of the best of my childhood. Good memories with burgers I grew to love. This location is fine. It could be better managed but overall it's decent and the people who work there do a good job. It would be nice to see them update things a bit, and I know they're doing that in other locations. Regardless, I'll always stop in when I'm in the mood for burgers with my nostalgia.

Always unfortunate that each time I visit this establishment that it’s always operated by seemingly untrained and even in some cases poorly very unqualified personnel. As good as White Castle is it would behoove them to looking into getting more customer service friendly personnel and a Professional at the General Manager position to turn this place around. I won’t be back anytime soon if ever after it failing my experience on too many occasions.
