Ordered beefy 5 layer burrito. It had about 1/4 of the beef it normal should. And tons if extra beans, more of a bean burrito. Skimping on meat in burritos is scummy. I do not plan to go to this taco bell location again. I'll drive to avon instead.

Terrible service!! I shouldn't be giving a single star! Close lobby and not post any signs nothing. So I do mobile app ,ther again no signs posted saying I need to go to drive thru! Management sucks ! Put another Starbucks there! Or get new manager! You just lost service from me!

Been eating here for years. It has stayed consistent but staffing issues have really impacted this location.... wish bathrooms were cleaner but we all try... atleast I hope.

This taco bell claims to be open until 3am but I have never seen it open after 8pm. Just tried to go there now (8pm) and it is closed. It is understandable if they are understaffed and can't stay open. But say that on a sign or change your store hours.

Accidently reviewed the wrong taco bell for a open posting when they were closed. 5 star for this being the only location actually open with fast and friendly setvice to boot.

the line took 30+ minutes. i asked for supreme tacos, they did not make them supreme. they barley filled my tacos or my potato bowl. there was more shell than meat and more cheese than meat. overall horrible experience. and my food was cold.

I can only speak for the night shift but this is the best taco bell around for me. I eat here when I'm at work by the airport and it's ways HOT and correct.
Mean while the jokers at the Brookville location near my house can't be bothered to even keep the store open let alone make proper food.

We placed an online order…. We waited over an hour in a drive thru line. Once we got to the window we waited another 30 mins for a simple order. The photo of the young girl below is not pleasant. She mention a comment about my name with the window open? Then laughed? Not sure what this is about.
Honestly, We probably wouldn’t of had to wait this long if the two in the photo below actually worked along with two other employees just standing around….. not sure what happen to this place but we won’t be back at this location. Staffing is not an issue either when 4 employees are standing around doing literally nothing.
