Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant! My son wanted to go for crab legs for his birthday so we took him and his family. When he politely asked if they were bringing out more crab legs the " hostess" began screaming at him in Chinese. Food was terrible; hot food was lukewarm and cold items were room temp. When we asked to speak to manager we were told he wasn't there. Two employees (cannot refer to them as servers because they didn't) refused to share his name contact information. I will eat cat food before ever returning to this place.

Conflicting location. The restaurant isn't very clean looking and the staff and especially management are equally disappointing but the food was alright. Wide selection with sushi and grill also. The sushi was definitely sub par however. I would prefer to get some to go.

Will not return. Despite the place being busy, no crab legs were brought out during our entire vist. The food was bland and cold, and not brought out often enough. The Mongolian bbq was very limited as was the sushi bar. Definitely not worth the $27.00 bill for two.

730pm Friday for dinner. $27 and change for 2 buffets and 2 drinks including tax. Salad bar was fresh and good. Otherwise the worst Chinese buffet experience I have ever had. The tables looked clean but were sticky, the place smelled horrible of seafood. The hot bar was a poor excuse for even Americanized Chinese food. I tried just a bite of every thing and have to say was surprised to not find anything very good (and I'm not that picky for Chinese buffets as my expectations are low) the General tso chicken in particular was the worst example I've ever had and tasted like they had to substitute a sweet and sour sauce for the real thing. The cold bar was 3 out of 5 and the chocolate soft serve was very rich at least. We really blew the money on this place :(

This place used to be very good, Friday night at 5:30 and 7 people in the place should have been a warning. As for the crab legs on the buffet, they brought them out twice in the hour I was there and both times were gone in the first two or three people in line and they were not filling their plates. It's sad to see a once really great restaurant decline so badly. I will not eat there again.

To get a refill there is impossible is like they only give refill nd if u want more u have to shake ur cup... The BBQ was really nasty .. The rest of the food was really good but no service

Went in this past Friday. Food was barely warm and not very good. Could have bought frozen and microwaved for a better meal. I will never go back. Coild mot get refills on drinks. The buffet at Plainfield Plaza is much better but smaller. Save your money go elsewhere!

Good chinese, Lots of choices. This is a very big buffet with lots of choices. Not your standard maybe 2 buffet bars, this has a lot more than that and has a really good sushi selection. I always get the lobster with cheese, lo mein, and california rolls with a lot of misc stuff on the side. I like this place, and it does have good chinese food for the price. Though I moved to the northside now so I probably wont travel for it, but its good if you're in the area looking for a large selection of good chinese.

Will Not Return. They are way overpriced. The crablegs are never available even in a 1 hour visit they brought one small plate out and no more. The food is decent, but not for the money. Maybe lunch is ok, but the upcharge for dinner and crappy or unavailable seafood is ridiculous. Tried several times due to location being so close, but will not return. <br/><br/>Also, the servers would touch our young childs hands and face even when asked not to.

Super Buffet. Not necessarily "super good", but "super big". They have a lot of selections. If you love crab legs, I will warn, STAY AWAY from them at this place. They boil them then they sit there all day and they are bland, hard to crack and dripping with water. Very disappointing. But all-in-all, for less than $7 (lunch) you can find a wide variety of good things to eat, including cooked-to-order stir fry.

Bad Chinese. If you are looking for bad chinese at high prices then this is the place for you. The only plus is how clean it is. Even Panda Express blows this place away.
