I guess they got lazy and now they no longer cut breadsticks or cinnamon sticks. Pizza was undercooked with dough still under the cheese. I reached out for this issue and corporate basically said, "oops we will do better with your next order". Not even addressing the pizza issue. I went ahead and filed a complaint with the BBB.

We hadn't had pizza hut for many many years. We decided to order because the "egde" pizza looked so delicious on the coupon ad. BIG disappointment!! We also ordered breadsticks. 🤦♀️ they came in a "block"(they weren't even cut) they were cold and pizza lacked any flavor. Topping was to the "edge however very little of any of them. I guess it will be several more years before we order from PH again. Very disappointing for the price you pay!!

Pizzas came out great! Overall service wasn't the best. Like many restaurants these days the focus is profit centric and not customer centric. Ordered 3 pies online, 2 out of 3 were correct. 3rd pie I took back, and en route tried calling the store to get the correct pizza put in the oven. No one answered of course. Explained the receipt to two employees and then finally got the correct pie. While I did finally get the correct food, I made the trip a second time, spent time waiting on my food a second time, all for what was seemingly a half hearted apology.

The pizza is as it has been in the past. It's okay, not mind blowing, but decent. However, the preparation and service has truly improved from the past. Hopefully this trend continues.

Wish there was a zero scoring. Pizza was over an hour past delivery time given by store. Called the store 4x's and disconnected. Someone finally answered the phone and left me on hold for 17mins. Got a notification Door Dash is now delivering my order. Save yourself the frustration and just order through Door Dash! Better yet, just choose another pizza place to order through! Horrible service

Second time in a row- horrible service! gave them a second chance as i wanted to support local, but truly disappointed. i had ordered a vegetarian pizza and specified my toppings- still i get pepperoni in my pizza! when i called them for a replacement, they said they cannot deliver for free and can give a store credit to be used in 30 days not even a refund!!! the new management really has no idea of what they are doing!

The customer service and staff were amazing. The pizza was mediocre. It has been awhile since I’ve ordered Pizza Hut and I won’t be in a hurry to do it again.

The server was very pleasant and there's no better way to eat a pizza than HOT FROM THE OVEN!! The pizza was delicious! I'm visiting the area and don't know what dine in business usually looks like during early afternoon (1:30), and because of Covid, but there were only 8 people when I arrived. The place is very dark and old and the floor is very sticky, no matter where you step/stand. The ceiling paint above the center of the restaurant is peeling. Don't know if it's on it's way to closing or not but some definite interior improvements need to be done!
