Dickey's Barbecue Pit

This is what $20 gets you $5 will get you more pre much everywhere else Save your money and don't come here My total was $19.62 tops this should have been about $7 or $8, I understand that meat is expensive and I got mostly meat for my entrees but i could've put all that meat on one sandwich. I also feel like I got more waffle fries in weight and volume than the meat, and I got 3 meats, there was a $1.25 upcharge for the brisket also, and they still asked if i wanted lean or less lean. Had i known that I would've said never mind. I can't recommend highly enough not to go. Meat was bland, sweet tea tasted like unsweetened and place was a little unclean and needed attention and was empty with a 3 person crew someone should've attended to the dining area. The staff was very friendly and courteous though i will give them that.

Great atmosphere, kids working were friendly. Sauces were good. Gave it a 3 because I ordered a brisket sandwich and the meat was bone dry and not much flavor, luke warm at best. Waffle fries were good though. I'll stick with firehouse subs for my brisket. Sorry to owners for giving a review like this. Would be a great place if the meat was prepared correctly.

Stopped in for a late dinner. There was no crowd so service was quick and friendly. Ordered the 2 meat plate and I was very pleased. Great smoked turkey and super brisket. Tried the spicy sauce and I wasn't disappointed. Tasted wonderful on the brisket. Reason for only 4 stars: our trays were slick with grease or oil. Gave an unfortunate first impression.

Absolutely terrible. First time going to this restaurant and definitely our last time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. When we ordered our food and got our drinks, the worker had to give us 3 cups because the first 2 cups according to her were "dirty." We then get our food. Within 3 bites my wife found a long hair in sandwich, which was cooked in the meat as there was meat attached to it. The workers were not wearing any type of hair-net and also didn't wash their hands in between glove changes. Brisket was more fat than brisket. Tables were dirty and didn't appear to be wiped down at all. Terrible service and terrible experience. Would give 0 stars if possible.

We had our sons birthday dinner here and the manager Francisco was very accommodating and helpful. They had our tables set up and ready to go when we got there. We had a party of about 20 and they got everyone through the line super quick and got everyone’s food without any waiting. Francisco went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and all we needed. Highly recommend this location! We will be going back!
