Logan's Roadhouse

Nice place to eat food was good. We had potato skins for an appetizer they were great. The rolls were great. Salad was good tasted as though it wasn't fresh made. My wife had the Teriyaki chicken and rice she loved it. I had the prime rib. I was very disappointed in my steak it was ordered Rare. Their was no juice and it was dry. Only cooked on one side. I was just disappointed in it I've had a lot better from Logans. My sweet potato was awesome just as I like it. Waitress was a teen and only had 2 tables. And I had to keep reminding her to bring stuff and refills. Because she kept forgetting.

Awful. Quality is at rock bottom. I ordered a Logan Med Rare, it had a huge piece of inedible gristle that could not even be cut, the rest was not much better, and Med Rare came to the table mooing. I don't mind Rare, but it made a tough steak even tougher. After we paid, just before leaving, I asked to speak to a manager, and a gentleman younger than the boots I was wearing spoke to me with absolutely no interest in the bad food, and seemed upset I distracted him from his smartphone. The bright spot was that our server was a great guy, and the rolls were tasty. I included a Pic of the steak, looks like road kill not roadhouse!

Amazing food amazing staff. The bartender was the most amazing woman and she knows how to make her drinks let me tell you. She was fast and polite. Accommodated me and my wife with ease and efficiency. She was the highlight of the entire experience. The manager was nice but she seemed moody when my steak was sent back and had to be remade and hovered with annoyance until I checked my steak. I know she was making sure it was done properly but her body language and facial expressions made it seem like I unconvinced her evening. I wasn't pleased about that but the bartender made the night so amazing I overlooked that unfortunate incident.

I had the same experience as Mark above. Ordered medium, got a steak that was just missing the hooves. Center of steak was medium but the outsides were not. Very strange. I think the cooks are only probing the center. Showed my waitress and she didn't care. Only had 1 drink and no refills. She was to interested in making sure she got the tip from the party of 8 than just mine. Won't return

First let me set the scene, a party of 13, 7 adults, 5 adolescents and a 10 month old. Dinner on Friday night at 7pm. Our waitress, God Bless her, was cool, calm and collected. Drink order ✅ Appetizers ✅ Waitress Extraordinaire pulled a Boss 🤩😎🤩move that impressed every adult at the table. After taking our orders, she asked if the children would be placing their own orders and do they have restrictions. Ie. foods & cost 😳😳😳 Entrees ✅✅✅ Kind, courteous and helpful service on top of delicious food and drinks for a first time visit is A+++
