I ordered over $300 worth of sandwiches for an event at work. The event was cancelled due to a COVID case two days later. I called the Shorewood IL location about 20 times, no one ever picked up the phone. So I then emailed Corporate 4 days before the event to let them know I needed to cancel. They replied "we are working on this". The entire order was then delivered. I was amazed at how little care and regard for this the company had. I did everything I possible could to cancel the order. I have since emailed them twice with NO response at all.

This Sandwiche is so good. You will literally go back in line for another one. I like how you can pick the toppings and how you. An write out your order to your Exact Specifics.

Beware I walked in and the 3 employees that were making the takeout orders were not wearing masks. 2 of them scrabbled to put masks on and third just turned her head away as if that would help while preparing food. I turned around and walked out

Amazing sandwiches! During this crisis, they do let too many people in they're store. I saw 10-20 people inside at once, some not wearing a mask.

Which Wich. Is it open? Nobody knows! I live behind the place and the sandwiches are pretty good, but every time I pass there and not looking to stop, it reminds me of a ghost town from the old west. Only thing missing is tumbleweeds and an old prospector asking "You're not from around these parts are ya?" Dining in Which Wich, or as I like to call it, W2, is a sterile experience with bright signage and a neat venue in this small corner end unit of the Mariano's strip mall. The food is of decent portion and the fact that you control the ingredients for your sandwich makes it a good choice. Now onto the rating. I give Which Wich a 4 star rating for sandwich quality and deduct one for brand marketing to make it stand out above the rest of the competition in the sub sandwich biz.
