Probably won't go back, I stop here before work sporadically and every time I simply ask for one ingredient removed from the sandwich I like, and everything I'm given an entirely different sandwich. Some people might like this place but I genuinely have never had a good experience at this location.

I walked in & ordered a salami, turkey, lettuce, cheese, and mustard sandwich In return I received a turkey, salami, Mayo & tomato sandwich To screw this up… That’s just pure incompetence at its finest.

Have never had a problem with this location until recently. Delivery orders take anywhere from half an hour to over an hour, even within only a mile of the store. So much for being "freaky fast."

Horrible customer service! I usually order my sandwiches online and have it delivered, but today I wanted to go in. Big mistake! The gentleman behind the counter was very unwelcoming. He didn’t even acknowledge me. They messed up my sandwich and when I said something the girl seemed upset she had to fix it. Overall it was a very bad experience. I would not recommend going inside.

The people running this store are absolutely incredible. They do great work, respond actively, and are generally just killing it. Their management and leadership should just retire though. They aren’t necessary. 15$ for an 8” sub? Capitalist thieves that haven’t worked a day in their loves lmao. Cheers to the employees that suffer the managers they’re stuck with.

This Jimmy Johns staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Robbie went ABOVE & BEYOND & took care of me by signing me up to the rewards program. I wasn’t aware of the rewards program nor how it worked. He was very excited to talk to me about the program and assisted me with the process from beginning to end. We need more Employees like Robbie! He was very passionate about the Jimmy Johns reward program abs his job.
