It would be great if they didnt get almost everything wrong. Both of our drinks were way off. Fries were cold. Everything was just wrong. Complete incompetence.

This McDonald’s is terrible. Absolutely the farthest from fast food. The slowest and worse service and it’s been like this for years. I wouldn’t even come here if I didn’t have 2 kids.

Very dessapointed
The whole restaurant was filthy! The drink dispensers were not cleaned at all and no napkins, ketchup and used napkins everywhere, Food all over the floors, tables not cleaned. And it’s not a lack of staffing as there were at least 10 employees behind the counter. The play area was terrible, sticky floor, smells very bad, like for real don't bring your kids here, unless you want them to get sick 🤮🤢🤮 the restaurant is gross.

Ordered a mobile curbside pickup - 2, ice cream cones and a large Coke we waited 15 minutes for them to come outside I finally went inside and they had no idea I was sitting out there even though I checked in. I finally went inside and they have no clue what was going on. The manager was laughing and joking with the employees in there and not really working
hard. He got me my two cones and a cup for my drink. I had to balance to two cones while I poured myself a drink and there was no drink w lids Near the self service station.
I know managers want to be friends with her employees but sometimes they have to make them work. The store was completely filthy and the straws and lids near the service station we’re completely empty.

Do NOT go to this restaurant. They have no clue what they're doing. 15 minutes to get to the pickup window. They dropped the happy meal. They forgot the fish sandwich, so had to fry another one. 10 minutes later, they STILL didn't bring it out. I went inside and they didn't know they were supposed to bring one out. And not even an apology. I'm done.

Worst McDonald's in the area. Everytime I go something is wrong with the order. This time, I ordered nuggets meal, some extra nuggets and a double quarter pounder sandwich only. I knew I should have opened the food to make sure. I was charged for a double quarter pounder but got a regular single quarter pounder! Not worth driving back, I'll never go here again!
Here we are, a year later. Tried them again. Only to he ripped off AGAIN! Ordered double QP and got a single....AGAIN. I will be in touch with corporate this time.

Cashiers need to improve quality service. They don't like to say hello, hi, thanks or any other compliments.
Infront of my kids I have to say hello on start and thanks at the end because behavior leave good and bad impact while we deal.

Visited the Renwick Rd McDonalds on 4/13/22. I was ignored for a few minutes while I stood to order at the register as their main concern is the drive thru. The restaurant was filthy! The drink dispensers were not cleaned at all and had debris in and around them. Food all over the floors, tables not cleaned. And it’s not a lack of staffing as there were at least 10 employees behind the counter.
