We got a chopped brisket and sliced brisket here.
Both are $14 each for half pound of meat.
The "huge" fries we got from the menu were $6 (they are more like regular size instead of huge).
Elotes medium size was $6. Did not taste authentic but was good enough.
Total with tax: $43.69

Brisket was served warm not hot. That's why I had to take one star off. Could have been much better if it was served 🔥 hot.
Good pop songs and good vibes in this place. String of ceiling lights gives the whole place a warm glow. A full bar where you can sit and watch any of the three TVs on the wall in front - usually playing sports programming.
It's a nice casual family & friends type of atmosphere.
You order from the menu at the counter, get your food right there as you wait and sit down at any available table just like a Chipotle.
Paper towel rolls are tethered to each table. Our food was not as messy but I guess they must have stuff on the menu where you would go through so many paper towels 😊
This place is definitely worth a try at least once 👍
Bonus fun fact:
I found out that this place had been an actual fire house before it opened up as a "smokehouse" restaurant in 2018. Pretty cool.

I am a true to heart BBQ enthusiast. I have tried several spots near my area only to be disappointed. Trust me, Station One Smokehouse is the place for me. Here are my observations: The parking lot was clean, the restaurant was clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The restroom was clean and stocked. And last but certainly not least, the food is amazing. I had brisket, ribs, and smoked sausage. It was so tender, delicious, and so flavorful! You will enjoy your visit to Station One Smokehouse… Big Rece

First time ordering from Station One today .I showed up to pickup my order an hour early because of a schedule change. They got my order ready pretty quick. Their chopped brisket sandwich was delicious, prices are fair . I like the location of this restaurant and their atmosphere.

Second time at StationOne and was not disappointed. The shredded chicken sammich was the best I have ever had. The beef brisket was so tender & flavorful. The sides are a must try. The Brussel sprouts w. Pork belly, the tatertot casserole and the pinto beans were as good as the BBQ. Friendly staff & patrons. During the week you are almost guaranteed that they will not be oit of anything you desire. Three thumbs up.

First time here, tried the chopped brisket, Mac and cheese, collard greens, and a couple of bones of the St Louis ribs. The brisket was great, it was moist and flavorful, mac and cheese was fantastic as well as the greens, I wasn't crazy about the ribs. They looked good but they were fatty and didn't taste quite right I would not order them again. Everything here is a la carte so can be rather expensive.

Good BBQ food. We ordered at the counter. Tonight was 1/2 priced wine. I had the brisket chilli. He had a brisket and loaded tater tots.

I enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich. I also ordered the corn bread with honey butter and mac & cheese. The portions are well sized. Everything was fresh and very tasty. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. They also have outdoor seating which I plan to make use of in warmer weather. I look forward to my next visit. Enjoy!

Pretty good place! Stopped in randomly before looking at houses. Major perk having this place so close. Brisket and link sandwich is best of both worlds. Bun was super soft on top and toasted on the bottom. Mac and cheese was creamy and the breadcrumbs added some good crunch. Everything was hot and served fast. I didn't use any sauce the first time up to let the meat tell its own tale, but any place that has sauce in huge dispensers is a win in my book.
Only small gripe was that there were more than a few very large pieces of cartilage in the link. Like "pinky nail" sized. One would be fine but not four. I would have given this place a 4.5 if they would let me, or a 5 with no bone problems.
Bathrooms are for any gender and have baby changing tables, uv light hand dryers, automatic soap dispensers and were very clean.
I'll be trying different things on my next trip. Can't wait to try the pie.
