Dunkin'

I'm rating the Dunkin Donuts in Williamstown, MA which I visited Saturday May 14th. The Dunkin Donuts in Pittsfield Ma, on Housatonic St., definitely rates 5 stars. Dunkin Donuts in Williamstown has horrible service. Has been like that since at least January this year. Takes 20 minutes to get through drive thru line. That's with having 5 cars in line. Have waited 5 minutes until anyone even took my order. Have waited at window after paying for my order, for 10 minutes. Have seen 2 or 3 people who had ordered, just drive away because wait was so long. Mentioned it to you man that people left he said " no manager was there, just all new people. When I visited on May 14th, first waited in line at drive thru for 20 minutes, I drove away. Returned little later, and went into lobby, much faster service, but was told manager never showed up. Williamstown REALLY NEEDS TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!

Why do you think this Dunkin' Donut franchise owner, doesn't display the American flag proudly? It's been over a year and I asked the manager two different times and the reply was, it's going through the process and it takes time. If I was the manager at this Dunkin' Donuts I would have purchased an American flag and put it up myself. I'm hoping this was not intentional from the franchise owner.

Generally excellent service. My only critique is that if an establishment post hours they stick to those hours. We went by just before closing time, around 7:55pm to use the drive-thru only to be told they are closed. It seems to me this has become a common practice with some places, but in my mind posted hours of operation should be honored to the very minute. Aside from that, this particular Dunkin has been great.

My experience at Dunkin' Donuts was not bad until I decided to add on a iced chocolate to my order. It took the gentleman waiting on me almost nine minutes. It was one thing after another watching him trying to make that drink. I almost left without it until I realized he charged me $3.62 for a frozen hot chocolate drink without whipped cream because he just realized they were all out. Frustrating way to start your Sunday..
