This Panera is about average for Paneras I have visited. That's not a negative at all, and it has a lovely atmosphere on Saturday mornings as a gathering place for people. Good open seating areas suitable for business meetings (another way I've used it in the past).

Great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Full menu of items for any meal including a children's menu. The food is made fresh and served fast. The staff is friendly and efficient. A relaxed atmosphere with plenty of seating. Parking is plentiful for this store.

The food is okay the place is okay but the price is not very expensive for what you get

Quality ingredients with taste that is outsatnding. I like their sourdough bread egg sandwich and coffee for breakfast. Fast ordering at the kiosk, great service and nice ambience to sit relax and enjoy.

I frequent this location for to go lunch during work. I always use the kiosks to order and have my order within minutes. They have never messed up my order, and it’s really efficient. There has never been a food quality issue either:

Waterworks Panera is the best one around. The staff is friendly and the store is super clean. The managers are very visible and they constantly are seen helping their workers!

Kind of pricey though for a sandwich and soup. But it is good.
Melissa is a phenomenal manager. If I was not retired I would have stolen her from panera, and put her in charge of one of my businesses.

It's not the fanciest or most modern Panera out there, but the service was great, the manager helped fix an issue with our order in a heart beat and even let us take home the wrong order. Really great management and what seem to be a hard working staff. 5/5

I'm a big Panera fan to begin with. But this is the biggest Panera I've ever seen. Love how it's laid out. In the middle front, there's a furniture grouping around a fireplace. Lots of tables and club chairs along the sides in front. Then there's like a middle room that's quieter, leading to another big room in the back.
People are right on the ball. Friendly and efficient. Plenty of power outlets around the seating areas. Watched one family with a toddler running around - had plenty of room without crashing into others. This place is really well done.
And, course, there's Panera's menu . . .
