Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food was good, but my barbacoa meat was full of fat, I got very little meat after all the fat was removed. Employee was not happy when I added on a second item to my order, he said "just for future reference, you need to tell me both items at the same time" I did mention that I had 2 items, but I guess he didn't hear me thru my mask, they weren't even that busy. He gave me very skimpy portions on the second item, I asked for more beans and veggies and he tossed rice on instead. I love Chipotle, I don't get it often and I really look forward to it, but I was frustrated with him by the time I checked out.

The food was good for the value, but the cleanliness of the dining area was not so great. I always order take out because the tables are rarely cleaned between customers. Also, plan to spend about 20-30 minutes waiting to order your food. The service line crew seemed frustrated and confused while assisting customers. Some extra training and crew breaks may help with that issue. Overall, the food is good, but anticipate longer than normal wait times for your food. Also, plan to order to go because the dining area may not be clean for customers.

Ordered pick up from this location via the app. Every item in our meal was ice cold, almost as though it was assembled with cold ingredients, including the meat, despite the fact that we had to wait for the order to be complete 15 minutes after the time it said it would be ready. You’d think it would have to be warm in that case. I was given a small, half full plastic ramekin of quad even though I paid over $5 for a large guac. To top it all they gave us a half rotten halo for our kids meal side. Totally unacceptable, this location should just close at this point.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The chips are so stale they are bendy. Staff is so extremely slow paced. The entire kitchen area as well as seating area is a dirty, messy disaster. Chicken was so burnt that it looked like black tar. The last couples times I came here they’ve had no vinaigrette. You also have to repeat what you want 10 times for them to get your order right. I don’t know what’s wrong with this chipotle but it’s absolutely the worst one I’ve ever been to in my entire life.

This location gets worse and worse every time I go there. I love chipotle, as long as it isn’t from this location. The rice never looks like rice. It looks like mushed white balls of what used to be rice. The store itself gets dirtier and dirtier every time I go in. It’s extremely unappetizing. I’ve also seen cashiers snacking on chips and salsa while waiting on people behind the counter. This location either needs completely new staff, or closed all together.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After paying $40 and waiting 20 minutes after our scheduled pick up we get home, STARVING, to find our “double steak, extra lettuce, extra rice” are HALF FULL. The steak is chewy and flavorless. After attempting to call management about the situation, they can’t even bother to answer their phones. HORRIBLE CHIPOTLE LOCATION, NEVER RETURNING.

From the previous reviews it seems like I am not alone in my negative feelings for this location. This is the first time I could not finish my burrito bowl. We ordered for delivery and I got a steak bowl. As I began to eat it, I noticed something tasted off. I found out the culprit by eating each ingredient by itself. I figured out it was the rice. I know that Chipotle is known for their rice containing lime and cilantro, but the amount of lime in this made the rice almost inedible. They added so much lime that anytime I took a bite I was met with this extremely tart taste every time. My husband and I tried to counteract it by adding more sour cream and chipotle sauce, but nothing worked. Whoever is in charge of making their rice needs to take it easy on the limes.
