I was on my way to a doctors appointment and decided to stop here on my way there. The girl that took my order and was at the window was so friendly and sweet. All the girls who were working were so friendly and pleasant I could tell they enjoy being there and don’t mind working, it is so refreshing. Seriously amazing staff, you girls made my day!

I was at Dunkin' and the fast food restaurant's employees were busy. I was very patient because of the business of the store at that time. When I placed my order, the cashier declined payment because she said I waited for too long. I insisted on paying for my order, but she refused to take the money.

I was having a bit of a rough morning and stopped by to grab a coffee on my way home and Nicole offered the most kind, genuine, helpful customer service! Coffee was great, as always -- and so glad Dunkin has Oat Milk!

I am sad they don't make nut allergy donuts (coconut and butternut) anymore, but I can understand why since it's a small storefront and cross contamination would be really hard to control. They have great social distance protocols and a really friendly staff.
