Received a "Been There Series Mug" as a gift 🎁 and wanted to exchange it from a Pennsylvania one to Pittsburgh.

This place was slammed the entire half hour I was there (I was meeting someone after a music lesson). They get a 5 star for handling everything so well with how busy it was. These workers never got to slow down with drive through orders, mobile orders, and in person orders. I got my order pretty quickly despite the crowd.

I did mobile ordering because I wanted to have something to eat. I ordered. When I got there I found a parking spot and then walked to the door. It was approximated that the wait would be 9-12 min. It didn't take that long at all. The person handling the mobile orders was very pleasant.
