I get sugar donuts two to a half a dozen
I have a nickname for them I called the old fashioned grandma's donuts because my grandmother made sugar donuts just like these just brings back good memories with my grandmother. We would sit in her kitchen and make the dough and fry them then dip them in sugar and they'd be nice and warm I do miss those good old days

Food was ready when expected and correct. The basics they got right. Area is a bit rough with aggressive homeless folks and/or drug addicts harassing you as you try to exit.

It's small and definitely crowded in the morning. They don't allow the use of restrooms, even for customers. Definitely inconvenient. The food wasn't bad, I did have to peel the crust off of my sourdough bread because it was so hard, but otherwise good. The wait wasn't bad considering how busy it was.

Hot coffee and fresh donuts. Conveniently located in the hustle and bustle of Market Square. They do not have indoor dining, everything must be to-go.

This Dunkin is very nice, the servers at the front are always very kind and welcoming. Their hot cocoa is also very nice on these cold Pittsburgh days. I wish they'd bring back the chairs in the lounge but you can still stand and sip if you wish.

Drinks were hot, service was quick, place was clean. Dunkin’ doesn’t offer much, but it’s nice to always get a good cup of hot chocolate ☕️

This has got to be my favorite Dunkin Donuts because of its handicap accessibility, and its accessibility to all bus and "T" lines.
I do wish the tables were a little cleaner at times. However, they get a lot of foot traffic to keep up with.
I grew up on Dunkin. Delaware (natives) runs on Dunkin'. Even if they became home to Pittsburgh.
Still the best coffee for the best price.

The employees were very very very nice. The only issue was the manager didnt set up the workflow for the employees which a lot of confusion among them. On a day like yesterday there should have been strong workers to work serve the customers. The sandwich makers were getting confused. Tbey put the new guy on cashier.
The manager could have controlled the workflow by putting your strongest people on your busiet holiday and put the weak people on coffee and drinks

The service was great. They were quick to answer questions food came out wonderful and hot. The coffee is very tasty. And their patient to answer any questions you may have. especially when you're visually impaired and you can't see the signs for the types of donuts etc.
