Taco Bell

I am absolutely livid that I even had to write a review about this. I have gone to this particular Taco Bell for the past year and never had an issue. Always had great food, great presentation, and excellent quality, but I guess today something had to change because in one of my items I found what looks like ashes in my quesadilla. Tasted like a cigarette! I am absolutely appalled and I sincerely hope whoever is over seeing this place better learn proper food handling because this is not the way, THIS IS A HEALTH HAZARD AND THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON THAT THIS SHOULD HAPPEN TO ANYONE AT ALL!!!

Typically when I order from taco bell i come to this location. I have always had great customer service experiences with the staff. About an hour ago...i went and ordered the new big chalupa spicy...however i was dissappointed by the actual meal as it could have been a regular taco as I also orderes taco supreme. There were a ton of veggies but very little meat as you see below...not as advertised by name or image. For that reason i had to remove a star. Hopefully this was a one time error.

Store was very clean, even the women's restroom which for a early afternoon is unusual. What impressed me the most was they were suffering a systems crash with their front terminals. But the manager and team members were right on top and in sync with each other, communicating the orders especially the high drive thru traffic like BOSSES! all the while smiles, smiles, smiles. Way to go team.

The restauant was clean and the food was prepared to perfection. The cashier was friendly and she repeated the order to make sure she heard me correctly. Quite nice for a fast food place to grab a quick bite to eat. This location is awesome. Today is 10.29.21. I made a special trip to this Taco Bell to get some crispy tacos and it was closed due to understaffing. There was no sign on the door with an explanation and the website said it was accepting dine-ins. Check by calling first. Save yourself the grief of getting to the front door and receiving zero service. Not good. The crown is losing its luster. Time to reboot. Recent update: 05.01.22 This Taco Bell is fully operational at this time. Welcome back.
