Good staff quick service. Nero need to fix the plastic cup lids for their passion and mango fruit mix as it isn't great to hold the drink, the lid and its contents come out.
But the shop the staff and the drinks are all good. It's a nice one in the greater London areas.
Good place, very polite customers as well as great staff it jas a good varied demographic and everyone seems to be at ease with each other and polite and considerate. This is a great place to stop for a coffee and a snack

Disappointed by the service and quality and craftsmanship of the coffee. We are paying for a coffee means we expect it to meet the standards. Some baristas are good and delivering the coffee on standards. Sometimes the standard is very low and getting disappointed. The location is very nice and calm. Went for the first time in many years. The coffee was very good and made by the Barista Csongor. He also gave me the best customer service. Never been a fan of Cafe Nero but he made me want to come back!!

This is a lovely, nice place with kind and friendly staff.
We have got amazing latte and shake from the nice, tall, bronze-ginger hair barista girl.
