Burger King

This place was dirty. Needs a good cleaning from top to bottom. Almost didn't eat the food. All garbage cans overflowing. Bucket in the middle of the dining area catching leak from ceiling. No napkins in the one dispenser. This place has gone down hill since it was redone some years ago 😕 Let's see if anyone from this franchisee contacts me. Disgraceful.

I love the taste of there burgers but they can't get an order correct. It's one of those things you just have to accept. Before COVID they had really picked up there game. I'm sure the labor issue is the problem. The managers are really trying but the labor pool is really small right now so you just have to take what you can get.

There absolute what service anywhere. The guy eat so rude the whole time, to our faces all because they're system wouldn't expect a BK gift card. Not my problem. And I would have complained then and there but you should never mess with the people who handle your food. So now, I'm saying, if it's too difficult to do your job, find another one. Don't take it out on the customers keeping you in business and conversely... Employed. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Staff here was very rude. I love burger King but this location needs some new staff. Basically threw our bags at us. I took my mother and three nephews to grab some quick lunch and an ice cream cone, the guy said their ice cream machine was down and even went so far as to say the maint. Gut would be there Monday to fix it. Then when we pulled up to the window they were serving ice cream to someone at the counter. When he realized he'd been busted he sighed and said, so you still want the cones? We said yes, please! He then turned to the manager behind him and told her "you're making these 5 cones!" With a horrible attitude and walked away. Lol food was good but yeah not the best customer service.

We used the drive through and placed our order. We got to the window and this young Asian man was definitely upset about something. He then made the comment he felt he was working by himself. We got our order and it was 2 sandwiches short. He was upset and got the sandwiches for us. We drove away and I checked the 2 sandwiches and they had no fixings at all on them... just meat and cheese.We checked the 2 sandwiches we got 1st and they had one tiny piece of lettuce 2 chunks of onion 1 pickle and no tomatoes. We came to this one because of the good rating but I think we will try and find another next time.

I wish that I could given negative stars. I have been to this location many times before this was by fat the worst service I have ever received. The restaurant it self wasn't very clean the only had half of the lights on. Not friendly at all! I ordered the original chicken sandwich and asked for it fresh I stood there and watched them redrop a piece that was already cooked, natural it came out overcooked and damn near burnt. I we t up requested a new piece and all 3 people working said well that's how they are coming out, so you can keep it, no I want one that wasn't refried and hard as a rock after a few snide comments I got a new one that wasn't as burnt. The rest of my order was cold by time I sat back down with it. I told them that the oil needs to be changed and they said" that's not my job". The manager that was working could careless that he had an unsatisfied customer. I never received my receipt the cashier told me that she already threw it out. They were rude and have no business working with people! I normally give people the benefit of the doubt but from the moment we walked in to the time we left was horrible service.

Was ording at counter on 2/17 around 5pm when we saw a manager running to bathroom throwing up. It sounded like she couldn’t breathe so young lady in line wit to check on her. None of the workers cared to check on her for 10 minutes. A we were handed our cups, two guys were talking bout walking out on her shift because she wasn’t helping. That’s when I asked, why aren’t you checking on her? They just walked off. They lady came out face bright red and crying. She grab a brown bag and that’s when I knew she was having an asthma attack. I never knew people could be so cruel an watch this lady suffer. Thank God for watching over her. I will be calling and sending pictures to corporate because this just doesn’t sit well with me.
