Bakery items that were on display seemed old. But tried them anyway. I told the lady Iw anted a soft cookie. She gave me a red velvet chocolate chip cookie. Harder than a piece of wood. Asked her if she could warm it up...she said sure. She returned my cookie, and it was still hard. I told her I could not eat this, she said the microwave hardens those cookies. These cookies must have been special, then she should have advised me that. I decided to go with another item, and she endured she charged me the difference. It's no big deal to pay the difference but take responsibility for the items you sell. I will never eat here again!

I went today for a cortadito. I’ ve given this bakery way too many opportunities. I had issues with them in the past, but today was the worst experience I had in this establishment. There were 3 people working, the bakery was empty with 2 customers. The chubby blond lady in the front was typing in the screen, did not even greet me and just ignored me and proceed to speak to a customer that was already served. She did not say a word not even please wait. NOTHING. I left and I will never go back to that place again!!! Not to mention the items in display do not look appetizing, and I’m sure they are from a week ago like others riviewers said. An inspector should pass by and close this bakery forever.

It is my second visit to this location and I am completely disappointed by the experience I encountered today. Aside from waiting almost an hour for my order (initially told it would take 15-20mins), I was yelled at by whom I assume is the manager of this location. Very Unprofessional! I simply told her that how she is interacting with me is unnecessary. Reprimanding me by yelling at me "it's your fault as you wanted to wait" are simply poor managerial skills. In business, you know your daily volume of goods that you will generate per hour/per day and as a manager you need to have these goods available. Numbers never lie. Instead they are generating below the expected volume; hence, the shortage and the long wait time. Furthermore, a conversation that was between her and I, soon turned into a conversation between her and very possible customer. Poor customer service skills!

I frequent this place often, and before it was taken over and renamed to CAO bakery. Over time, this place’s popularity has overwhelmed their ability to provide timely service. They are technology forward in being able to order online and receiving text updates, but the updates are inaccurate. My order was to be ready for pickup at 10:38 and 30 mins later I am still waiting. I see them now starting to put together my order. It’s been this way for the past year. I love the food, but the pickup option leaves me so frustrated that it’s not worth the headache. They completed my order, forgot part of it, gave me the wrong items. No incentive offered for my time wasted or disgruntled experience. Summary: excellent food, order through UberEats and let the driver deal with the poor Customer Service.
