Pho 79

I rated this spot 5 stars 2 years ago and it hasn’t failed since! Consistently delicious. My best friend and I are regulars here and one amazing lady remembers our regular orders every time. If you ask for extra of anything they will definitely add your money’s worth. Amazing service and the food comes out in minutes even when it’s busy. They are doing an excellent job, especially while being understaffed. Our favorite place in Miami to get pho. The workers deserve everything! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My mother didn't feel well, so while I was out, ai bought a large #30 Pho for the two of us to share since the guy working there told me thatcit was big enough for three people. I also purchased grilled pork chops with white rice, sunny side egg, and salad for my daughter. I took them home to eat. Both meals were delicious! We cannot wait to go there for lunch or dinner.

The food was great. I went a few weeks ago but I was attended by the manager. She had amazing calming energy. Customer service always matters to me and this honestly won a 10/10 in my heart. We had every section of the menu, my favorite dessert option was the fried Oreo. I don’t recall the food items but all was good and felt healthy.

This review was from November, 2021 but somehow was removed by this PHO 67 establishment. That time my SHRIMP & SCALLOP pho was quite tasty, but server, who I believe is also the manager, EVE, has a hostile attitude. (Ironically, she's wearing the "HAPPINESS IS A WARM BOWL" tie-dye t-shirt in my third photo, but is decidedly UNhappy.) Why be in a people-pleasing business when you're no people-pleaser?! For this, my second visit, an 18% GRATUITY was ONCE AGAIN tacked on to my bill "FOR MY CONVENIENCE," with a disingenuous smiley face. (See photo!) I'm a heavy tipper, sister, this is such an insult! I am NEVER GOING BACK, because this place doesn't deserve your patronage nor mine.
