Kfc

We just had the most pleasant experience at a fast food restaurant, all thanks to Ms. Marita. She was the sweetest person and ran the cleanest restaurant I've ever seen, dis I mention she did this all by herself?! She took every order, cooked every order and served each one with a pleasant smile. What a peach!

Honestly haven't ate at a KFC in years so I may be biased but I doubt it. I ate here because I was staying in town and there's not that many places even opened on a Monday. I was told (after I ate my meal) that they don't change their grease near as often as they should. My belly can speak for that, I'm just glad I was close to a bathroom an hour later. Oh and you'll spend most of the time shooing flies while trying to eat. Plus they forgot my fries but maybe that was a blessing in disguise.

Sat in front of line at register for over 20 minutes asking manager to please come take my order while she blatantly ignored me to the point every single person in line was forced to leave because she would not even speak to us. Her and co-worker were far too occupied in their own conversation, then taking phone calls and beginning new online orders while treating every customer inside as if they were less than nothing. She could at least have said she would be right with us or anything at all but to have to beg for my order to be taken and get ignored is beyond customer dissatisfaction. I feel this review will not solve anything so it's really just so I can save this kfc location in my phone to let the corporate office know exactly who they need to address. DO BETTER
