Domino's Pizza

Ordered handmade pan pizza today, I found a coupon on Dominos website for $3 off a medium pizza. When I went to pick it up I was given a different a different pizza that said hand tossed. I took it home to eat it; it was the driest, cold pizza we ever had. It was tasteless too. I called them up to explain it to them. I ask to speak to a Manager, the guy left me on hold to go speak to his Manager, a woman. I could hear her telling him what to say to me, nevertheless I was given a free Handmade pan pizza. I walked it with the box of pizza I had to return. I gave the kid my name & the Latina woman manager began yelling at me in front of 4 other customers. She yelled, “I didn’t screw up, you did!” While trying to explain how I ordered online. She blew up at me over having to make me another pizza for free. It was a complete show of unproffessionalism & anger. I replied, “ I’m the customer don’t ball me out. “ Dominos pizza has lost me as a customer.

So the app said it was ready and let them know I was heading in. I went in and the person behind the counter said my order is not ready and it has something to do with the internet. It has been 30 something minutes and he said he said it will take 35-40 min. He said they are backed up. I will have to wait another 10 min. I’m disappointed in them. I’ve been here a few times and this has never happened. Will I be able to trust them again??
