I've had bad customer service here before so I usually avoid this location even tho its by my house. but tonight I went after work after finding out their drive thru is open 24hrs. The lady that was working drive thru was super nice and helpful which honestly really shocked me cuz I've never had an employee actually be really great with customers at this location (which is why I haven't been here in over 6 months)but this made me want to try coming back to this location in hopes that theyre hiring better workers. Really great job tonight it was super appreciated 👏 👍 really convenient hours too!

Last few weekends I've been coming here to get my loaded breakfast burrito, and it has been amazing as always. I just want to point out this time the exceptional service I've been getting from an hispanic lady and I think an Asian guy ( I wish I knew their names thought). I usually don't write reviews because lack of time but this consistent great service made me go ahead and say thank you guys! Keep the good work going!

$35 for a chicken bacon Swiss combo and two double Western burgers. The price is outrageous for a fast food drive thru. If I had order just the chicken bacon Swiss combo by itself the price would have been close to $20. Again that's only one meal. My only problem with Carl's Jr is the price of their menu. Their food is actually good. You can probably spend $20 elsewhere on food and pick up enough to feed the whole family and not just one person.

Customer service is exceptional here. No matter who you are, what you look like, or how much money you have to spend you are greated just the same as yhe next. I have never felt so welcomed at any fast food restaurant like I was here. Everytime you will be greeted by a very knowledgeable outgoing staff member. Thanks!
