Tim Hortons

Asked for a Maple Dip - we don’t have any; Asked for a Chocolate Chip Muffin - we don’t have any; Asked for a Peach Quencher - we don’t have any. Finally got a Strawberry frozen lemonade, a hazelnut chocolate muffin and a large peppermint tea. Got to the window (after waiting for 10 min. with 2 cars in front of me) and they had my order wrong. Found out there was no more Strawberry Frozen Lemonade and my tea only had one tea bag. OMG. I believe this is my last visit. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. Definitely needs new management. PS: It is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Decided to finally male a review. Brutal…

I can't say the service was bad. They actually did a good job fixing/replacing my Pixel 3XL. The reason I'm giving them a 3 star is because, I called them and got the price, dropped the phone and gave them a secondary phone number to call me. They never called to inform me that the price they gave me was wrong and I have to pay more. They changed the screen without confirming with me. I ended up paying almost double+tax for the screen.

They are closed @ 2.30am. I drive for 5 km in the night for coffee because they still mention that they are open for 24 hours. But it was closed. Really messed up with this manager. He/She has no responsibility to update it on google accordingly. If that person can’t do this then what is management then ?

Excellent Tim Hortons. Very well trained staff that are always pleasant at each visit. If you are in a hurry it does not matter whether you are dining in or using the drive thru, this location is very fast. Only issue I have experienced is the drive thru lane can sometimes be backed up onto the street as this location can be busy. I give this Tim Hortons and staff 4 stars.
