If I could give then 0 stars then I would. They made us wait for like 10 min to check out then when we got up to check out one of the items did not ring up as the price that was advertised on the sleeves. I let them know this they stated that it's the price that rings up and that someone might have put it in the wrong spot. I notified them that it had the name and picture of the item on the spot and told them where it was. The guy told me it doesn't matter what the advertised price says it's what the system says... this is a major false advertising place so always check the price you see it as versus what it rings up as we have already reported them to the BBB.

The two guys who work the mid shift need to be replaced but the over night guy and the manager are alright. I bought a soda and a scratcher and they tried calling the cops. For nothing too. The one with a mask is TERRIBLE at his job. Replace him and i might come back..

Horrible store clerk. Does not give back correct change nor gives proper recipe. I am reporting this place to the BBB. This store needs to be shut down or investigation needs to be done. They are running a fraudulent business. They make up their own prices. Give you change out the side without even ringing up your items. The Recipe machine is a personal one that does not stat the purchase and money spent on the item via change to be giving back and the clerk kicks you out if you argue. I'm calling police and making a police report bc they stole my money

Someone got shot there would not recommend. Also one time my friend and i were buying chips and one the the people working in the store keep looking at us thinking we were trying to steal(they do this to everyone that comes in)I accidentally walk by these glasses which fall pick em up immediately and one of the guys starts yelling at me and my friend them he takes it right out of my hand wipes it and puts it back. All the people that work there are from Iran or something and they cus at you for no reason in their language plus their rude as hell

Ordered some snacks from them on DoorDash and they gave me all the wrong items along with two them being already opened and one drink being empty. I called the store and asked if they had the things I ordered, and they said they had every single thing. Also very rude on the phone. Terrible place would give them 0 or negative stars if I could.

this is the only 7/11 in the area but it is owned and ran by a few people who are seemingly from Iraq/Iran who are constantly kicking others out of their store, banning people from the store if they don't get along with that particular customer or if they even suspect possible shoplifting. they seem to slightly change the prices on every item depending on who is working, who the customer is, and what the item is. They are also really rude to whomever use their microwave inside the store, what they can use it for, and how long they can use it. If the customer gets along with the employees then it's a decent store but if the customer does not get along with employees then you won't want to go there. It also does not matter how much money you spend in the store if employee doesn't like you then you're screwed.

The night clerk with the dark rimmed glasses that makes no effort to speak understandable English, always short changes you or over charges. Makes me wonder if he counts the till in the morning and gets to keep the extra. Other than that the owner/manager and his wife are really nice as well as the new gal they hired. Other than the night clerk who has been short changing/over charging the last 5yrs, they've got decent people and a decent establishment. Not a bad neighborhood but not the best apartment complex next door. Definitely makes it hard to clean up after slobs.
