Kfc

I ordered on the KFC app two hours before I needed to pick up chicken for a potluck at work. I arrived at the restaurant on my scheduled pickup time only to be told that I needed to wait longer for my order. It wasn't much more of a wait, but I didn't even get a "I'm sorry we just didn't have time" or you know " I apologize for the wait" from any employee there. Just a here's your food and goodbye. The food and atmosphere was really good but the employee service needs to have some more training in customer service.

This KFC was clean and didn’t have much of a crowd. The staff was attentive and working quickly. I would say the manager that was walking around was the only reason this place lost a star- he was rude and obnoxious with customers. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but the attitude was just unnecessary. Food was delicious but must add that the portion sizes have shrunk and this makes it NOT worth the price at this place. I do love KFC fried chicken- but will go out of my way to get it from a different location. Thank you, KFC!!
