Dunkin'

This is my usual go to DD, and these employees are so hardworking and sweet, even though they deal with drive-through, in house, delivery apps, and more. I just witnessed two exchanges - one with an incredibly rude female customer who changed her order multiple times in the drive-through and then harassed the employee at the window, and one with a guy who came in during it, acting like “people are crazy” but he was also demanding, impatient and leaning over the counter into their space! So let me give you a tip, as a customer. Chill. If you are picky or have a large order, come in. Don’t ask them every single available item in the drive-through. Wait your turn, and realize that hot food will not be ready in 20 seconds! Props to these employees, every day. I don’t know how they deal with the constant level of stupidity and entitlement.

I visited after a long hike nearby. My phone app wouldn't cooperate. It took two employees, but they finally resolved it, quickly, and with immense goodwill - 4 stars, ladies! I find Dunkin coffee to be consistently very good, which says a lot, from someone who drinks it black, no cream or sugar. There's plenty of seating, and they never seem to run out of good things to eat.

I love this DD I’m moving out of town and will miss the morning Crew soooo much. I loved trying all their creations and just always felt like my morning family on my drive into work. When I’m back in the Valley I’ll make sure to stop in and say hi to the morning crew. If you’re ever feeling adventurous have the baristas make you one of their creations. Cheers !!
