GREAT SERVICE !! Have Not had this in about 15 years. It was a last minute option and store was closing in 3 minutes. TJ not only still took my full complete order which was a big order, they also made sure everything was fresh, not old or been sitting out. Also, TJ was very professional and had great attitude. I Highly would recommend this particular location.

Previous Experience - Horrid Recent Experience which supersedes the latter - Sensational! MY UPDATED REVIEW - MANAGER RESOLVED! Redemption by any other name is never the same and particularly when the Manager of this establishment is as exceptional as TJ, the epitome of a Manager Extraordinaire! He came through for this restaurant, redeemed them and turned an otherwise horrid experience into something spectacular! I was both surprised and elated when he reached out directly as I have remarked about his tireless dedication to outstanding service, endearing and personal touch over the years! Also a huge shout out to Mary who was just a dear, gracious and professional. Her smile said it all and the food was prepared to perfection and enjoyed! In fact more than enjoyed but overjoyed that the time, the thoughtfulness and the kindness is very much appreciated by myself and Sadie. You guys rock and I am elated to leave this review! This is one of the few, free standing Long John Silver restaurants left in Arizona. The good thing is in this place you can rest assured that those behind the counter care about your being there. Quick to take your order and just as quick to bring it to your table. I have tried several of the items on the menu but tend to go to my favorite which is not listed on the menu but they carry it and that is the three piece fish and sides with drink, very reasonably priced. By The Way, veterans they do provide a Veterans Discount, just ask for it! Also the green beans are especially good with any of the meals! Ring the Bell on your way out the door! ~D~
