Nearby place for a good Mexican food, variety of burritos n bowls, California bowl with Shrimp, lobster or mahi mahi are my favorite. Bit costlier these days.

I placed a last minute catering order (which I felt so bad), but Aaron made it happen! He was so polite and understanding. One of our good coworkers last day is today and she LOVES Rubios so Aaron making this happen means a lot. Food was delicious!!!!

The food was fantastic. Even better that the salsa bar is back in action. The gentleman in the front (who was new) was fantastic. So much more enthusiastic and polite than the usual staff. The churros were really good as well. Try the fish burrito. It's my fave! 🐟

Being that I am originally from San Diego and went to SDSU, I am very fond of Rubio’s. Of course the menu has expanded and the food has changed a little since then as the company grew and started franchising, but overall the food is still very good. My favorite has always been the fish taco especial which is what I typically order. Having eaten at several locations across the Phoenix area since moving here 6 years ago, this is my favorite location. They provide decent portions, the food is cooked properly and the service is good. I have had some bad experiences at other locations such as smaller portions, overcooked (burnt) fried fish and a number of other issues. Luckily this one is nearest to where I live and will be the one I continue to visit and highly recommend. Also they appear to have regular daily lunch specials that other locations do not always offer!!

Good as always, I got the 2 fish taco plate with no white sauce and no mild sauce, and I got a churro as desert they made it fresh.

Rubio's is awesome. The only problem is potentially sourcing from likely unhealthy fishing practices because it's certainly not local fish. Otherwise, the food is absolutely amazing!!!!!

I love Rubios! It was my first time at this location. I'm in town for a conference and needed to run to a couple of stores in this shopping center and I happened to be hungry, it was dinner time, and Rubios was there, and I was sold! I LOVE seafood and how it doesn't sit so heavily on my stomach. I ordered their 3 taco special with grilled shrimp, grilled fish, and 1 fried fish. They were quite yummy. I also ordered a mahi mahi burrito but didn't have room in my belly after the 3 tacos to eat it. I'm very satisfied and, once again, Rubios did not disappoint!
