This place was busy but the employees served everyone quickly.

Staff was attentive and were quick to get my order together. The cashier gave me the PCC employee discount without me having to saying about it.

I have a new favorite drink! Strawberry pink drink! So good. And the pumpkin spice scone was wonderful. Sorry no pic. I ate it too quickly! Staff was so patient and friendly!

I don't like coffee but I usually come here for the snacks and muffins. The banana bread is the best! It's definitely worth a quick stop once in awhile in a Starbucks just to get a couple pieces of banana bread.

Again I'm a former Starbucks employer Services good customer service is outstanding but one thing lacking and that is they need to clean the tables and chairs outside and maintain a cleaner atmosphere there's dust all over the ceiling where the lights are and dust all over where the windows are.

This Starbucks in downtown Phoenix is one of my favorite ones of all Starbucks. It seats in a calm, usually sunny open air shopping mall, has plenty of seating inside and outside, and of course it features the great Arizona niceness of local associates. Of course you may want to avoid the terrace in the summer 😊

The Starbucks is typical of most in the chain. However the drive-thru is quite interesting as you see a video of the Barista taking your order. It has a bit of personalization to the ordering process. My typical drink which is a large iced coffee was as tasty as anywhere I've ever tried it.

This is a great place, it's gotten a lot better with the upper management understanding that they need more than the usual 3 people working 7 days a week, like c'mon. All the bad reviews of this place is mainly due to the hierarchy of PCC, like them not having an oven or accepting rewards, not the fault of the staff, it's licensed by the city of phoenix, which doesn't even care what Starbucks is, they have no idea how to make a latte let alone what's in it, yet have total power to shut the place down because the staff declines to be worked like slaves. It's the cash cow of PCC, and they barely got an oven in there due to actual Starbucks personnel discovering the location wasn't up to standards. Point is the spot is great to stop in at, and unless the staff is outstandingly rude to you there's no reason to get mad at something the staff don't have power over. It's the convention center, $h!+ happens.
