exceptional fun and great service, he was new but awesome. The burger choices along with calorie counts help to be choosy. I had the Turkey and we had also a 'creative your own' burger. Both were tasty, cheese looked fine, but the taste sensation was there. Not your normal burger, this ones are healthy as healthy as a hormone all natural burger can be. The size were perfect for our late night snack. However for a hungry lumber Jack it will be not enough, those hungry hippos must order the 'make your own' burger and get the biggest paddy possible. Pricing will go towards the $18 range then. otherwise the prices are around $12 plus. as dessert we had the double chocolate milk shake. So lala, taste, yes it was, the chocolate chips were hacked to very small pieces, not identifiable anymore. Leave them a bid bigger please, little chunks would be perfect, and a little more icecream, not so liquidy...😉👍

Wow! If you are looking for a good burger place look no further. Big yummy burgers to fit everyone’s taste. You can even build your own with all your favorites. We ordered the parmesan fries they were fabulous and the order is big enough to share with the entire table. Also pictured is an amazing root beer float. Kids are welcome they have high chairs... but adults will enjoy the full bar.

Refining “a burger joint”, this Phoenix shop is a must dine! Winning atmosphere, delicious food, quality service for a fair price. I would highly recommend the roatbeer float, and am order of parm fries for the table (plenty big enough for three or four people)! You can custom make your burger or salad so great for you friends with unique needs or picky eaters. High chairs available, bar top seating available.

First time here. I thought it was an exceptional place. And I'm normally of the opinion that getting a burger at a table service restaurant isn't worth the price you pay. But it's worth it here. They have a menu with a list of signature burgers you can order, but what sets them apart is that you can custom build your burger by marking up the menu with your choice of each ingredient. See picture below. Our waitor's name was TJ, I think, and both my fiance and I agreed that he must be an experienced waiter. He made the visit a positive experience. As far as my burger, it was cooked just like I asked, medium, it was made of quality ingredients, and was so perfectly seasoned that I was craving it days later. It seems like they have a decent rewards program as well. I'll definitely be going back.

I was pleasantly surprised by The Counter! I came here for the impossible burger and there were so many options I ended up going with the veggie sandwich; my boyfriend got the Gouda burger with bacon jam. Great service; delicious food; easy location. There are several parking garages and we lucked into a metered spot. Absolutely recommend!
