Dunkin'

Love this Dunkin Donuts. This is one of the cleanest, fastest, well ran Dunkin Donuts in Philadelphia. The staff is incredible‼️ Everyone is friendly and happy to be there, and they pay close attention to their customers. Absolutely favorite Dunkin. I drive pass 2 other Dunkin Donuts just to get to this location every morning. Go here, you won't be disappointed.

Ran in here cause I was told @ drive thru , I had to come inside to buy gift cards.. So, I went in, and bought 2 gift cards for my sons birthday today.. I got a med decaf hazelnut coffee too. The coffee was good, but its made with regular decaf coffee. Then, they add shots of hazelnut flavored additive to the coffee. Im SO used to getting my Wawa coffees. Hot or iced. Its fresh brewed hazelnut bean coffee. And you add their brand hazelnut creamer to it, to really get a delicious cup of quality brewed coffee.. Much better taste than Dunkin in my opinion..

Giving one star because you can’t rate less. Today while in the drive thru someone hit reverse and hit me. While I was calling the cops two of the employees, an Indian lady and an Asian young man came out not asking how anyone was But for me to move my car. When I said I can’t move my car until the cops come they both started going back and forth with me. Minding that no one complain but just went by as there was enough space to go to the drive thru. Few minutes later the Indian lady comes out again to argue with me again while I was trying to explain to her calmly what the cops said. The lady then disrespected me calling me stupid among other things. After the police arrived I went inside to speak to the lady about her unprofessionalism, disrespectful and lack of empathy and said I would report her to her superior. She then Try to “apologized” but then blaming me for everything. Like the other comments say the worse place to go especially when the line is always full and you have nuts backing up in full speed in a drive thru.

No type of professionalism at all their was a car accident and one of the staff came out and yelled at a young lady and cursing her out. Instead of her being proactive with her and ask her do you need anything while some one calls 911. But she didn’t she started yelling and calling her stupid. Someone needs to train staff ASAP.
