Checkers

We had one near us at the Save A Lot shopping center, they closed and never reopened, miss this location very much. They had the best fries, had to buy a bag of the frozen kind. The only problem was some of the servers were using drugs while working. What if they had a fire? They wouldn't be able to react instantly.

I went during an off hour and pre-ordered online.. expecting to grab my food and go since I had to walk 4 blocks up and 4 blocks back... at 2 am in Kensington. .. I video cuz I knew something would be issue.. so I walk up and the guy is just sitting there on his phone. So I politely waited 2 mins... so after I waited 2 mins watching my food getting more and more cold... so I knocked lightly on the window to get his attention.. I was met with major hostility ... then I get home to realize that my $4 cook your wasn't in there... ugghh

Ok it was end of summer when I went so outside eating and champ burger time was great but my champ was double burger instead and made to feel like I ordered it incorrectly. I asked for a champ burger with cheese a the particular not naming locations but where mine from originality Rhawn St location I always order it saying champ burger with cheese and get the right thing. Maybe she was having an off day. I did get a little offended because she yelled at me in defense and was not very nice. Well the next time like next day or so. I guess since I addressed the issue because management did not intercede where the worker was over whelmed and not properly trained on how to oversee a complaint. Customers don't want excuses just acknowledgement if no logical reasoning for mistake. Well I guess since no addressed they seemed to do same they refused service instead of the implemented in my time Customers always right. Not that you get free stuff but hear the person out. Customers just like to know their complaint is heard to help ensure the next customer does not experience the same mistake. Fast food still love Checkers though I will see if it changes at the location I choose that particular summer day

I finally made it to Checkers for the first time! We have no Checkers in my town and I was hoping to get a couple meals to take back with me and eat on my ride but it turns out the hours posted are not the hours worked. I drove from one side of town to the other so that I can get to Checkers 5 minutes after you open so that I would be able to place my order. When I walked up to the window the manager open it and told me that they weren't quite ready yet and when I asked how long she told me 20 minutes! So they should change their hours of operations to 10:30 or 11 or just get staph there in time to open and serve customers. Absolutely disappointed. I would give zero stars but I can't so they get one star for poor customer service and lack of food
