Wendy's

I’ve been here a few times, the most recent time I made it just in time before breakfast ended and I got the honey butter chicken biscuit because of a recommendation from my boyfriend and it was pretty good the biscuit was a tad bit dry but other than that it was good, it was also pretty clean, quite and well laid out there too. Majority of the times I’ve been here within the last few months I get the spicy chicken sandwich meal which is my go to meal. And the last time I’ve gotten breakfast was maybe august of 2020 and it was the maple bacon chicken croissant which was pretty good too.

The food is good and the staff are relaxed. With that said, there are some issues that need to be worked on. Staff weren't wearing hair nets and weren't wearing food preparation gloves. There were no napkins nor spoons in the standard area, both were moved to the cash register (possibly to prevent theft of those items by guests). The ketchup packets were covered in sticky amber liquid of unidentified origin. There was at least 1 but up to 2 people in the store going table to table begging patrons to buy them food. The floor was sticky. Staff dragged tables across the tile floor rather than lifting and carrying them, resulting in screeching sounds permeating the dining area. Staff seemed distracted speaking to one another while guests were trying to order. I'm not too hard on them because I understand it's a rough job, but I can't rate this beyond 3 stars because it's simply not a comfortable experience dining in at this location. I hope to see things turn around for the better. The food is good and they got my order right, so the fundamentals are there, but they can do better.

I ordered 5 items for delivery. The staff only put 3 items in a very small bag, and 2 of those items weren’t even what we ordered. We got 1 of 5 things we ordered and paid for. Seems like the staff threw whatever they wanted in a bag, slapped a random receipt on it, and gave it to the driver. Very disappointed in the customer service :(

The negative reviews are mostly pretty old. I went in tonight for the first time in over 2 years expecting something awful because they had previously been very unclean and not at all impressive. I went in tonight and got 2 sandwiches and fries. They were out and done before the cashier gave me my change, and they were fresh. The crispiest fries I've ever gotten at a Wendy's. There are some great productive people working here.
