Dine in is till 11 pm. 'Showed up at 9pm for my mobile order I placed for dine in. Door was locked, this place needs to get their hours correct.

The girls at the drive thru always have a nasty attitude. They need more training in customer service & if they don’t like where they work then quit. If you want a good experience I suggest you don’t go to this burger king.

Orders the hand battered chicken sandwich thru the drive thru. It was the the driest coldest ugly tasting sandwich I've eaten in my life. Don't order it please.

Had probably the worst customer service of a lifetime tonight. Stopped by to grab a quick dinner for two teens and myself. I noticed a sign that said only cash I was going to reverse but had a line of cars behind me. I manage to find a little under 10 in my purse as I hardly ever carry cash. I placed an order different than what I was originally going to order but had to conform to cash I had on hand. I pull up to the window and ask if I could please add an order of fries and the young girl at the window said no. I asked if she could make an exception since I had to adjust my order this one time given the situation with the cash only that thru me off. A young man named Jacob said he was the manager and told me the speaker and menu are there for a reason and no i cannot add anything to your order. The girl at the window had taken my money and asked if I still wanted my original order clearly annoyed and rolling her eyes. I asked for a refund and the window was slammed before returning with the money. I told the employees that they could have easily been at least courteous given the situation he said it wasn’t his fault the computer wasn’t working so I could have paid another way. Shameful customer service and attitude from both employees, they were both very young but manners are not something you learn after 30. Will never patronize this business again.

It's always slow and the last time I went I did a pick up order, part of the order was an ice cream sundae. They called my number, I asked if the ice cream was in the bags, they said yes. It was not. They also gave me a 10 piece instead of the 16 I ordered. Very sad when you don't get what you paid for. Feels like theft and incompetence

Horrible! The owner obviously doesn’t care about this restaurant. They haven’t had the Coke Icee machine turned on since before Covid years ago, it’s dirty and they have a hand written sign in the drive through that’s says CASH ONLY for months on the empty menu sign. I keep wondering if it is still a Burger King. Please Burger King do something about this location, It needs corporate to do something.

I ordered delivery from this burger king and delivery was great but the quality of their food was far the worst. Burnt oil fries burnt oil nuggets and dry burnt to crisp onion rings. And when i called them to let them know they wanted me to go for fresh if that was the pount not going out in the cold with my kids. Then the man said sorry about that and hung up on me. Sooo RUDE..
