I decided to stop here to give it a try. This drink was $9 tasted like liquid peanut butter, seemed like bits of plastic where in the shake. Wasn’t worth the money IMO. The competitors give you a bigger cup for a lot less. On top of that they taste amazing elsewhere. Sorry but this was disgusting and over priced

I love the Shack very much but steeped in to the weslaco location today don’t know if he is a manager or just an employee but there is a guy believe his name is Raul that he treats the other workers there real poorly. I run a business and employees shouldn’t be mistreated

6/6/22 i decided to call in an order this morning. my order was ready ( about 5min)my shake is good no complaints there .. it was the customer service i’m disappointed in . not too friendly. hadn’t been there in a while . I walked straight to back counter . not knowing it was there work area . the kid is looking at me like i’m crazy. so i asked you all remodeling that’s what threw me off . he said NO ….he kept saying you can’t be back here. gezzzzz it’s obvious i didn’t know. hey so tell me nicely. i’m big on customer service.after paying “ Thank you, you all gave a great day “ that’s just me all the time…. not one response he just turned around and walked away .Omg really! very disappointed mgmt team , this is an area to work on …. just saying

The service was horrible. I understand the employees are a bunch of primitive jocks but great customer service is what a business needs. They have no return policy. Bought a supplement that they recommended and all it gave me was stomach problems. I guess you have to do your own research before you come in here!

You have a ton of convenient options of where to buy supplements but it’s always nice to support something local. Bought some preworkout from them. Got home, tasted really bad as in expired. Expiration date showed it expired in 16 days. I went back the next day to exchange. They wouldn’t exchange it because it wasn’t expired based on the printed date. But the product was definitely expired. Refused to help me out, exchange, or refund. Waste of time and money supporting this place. Buy your supplements elsewhere because they only care about their pockets.

My first time at The Shack was yesterday, it will also be my last. I was headed to GNC or The Vitamin Shoppe but thought I’d give you guys a try! Bad idea. I understand employees are only as good as their manager, which in this case, makes them look horrible! It’s ridiculous that an unopened, non consumable product cannot be exchanged or refunded, especially when the notice saying “no refunds or exchanges” is completely covered up with other products! Yes, I’ve been told twice now, “it’s on your receipt”. That does me absolutely NO good when upper management is hard and fast to the “rules”. Let me tell you, every place I’ve ever worked in upper management, has rules....you MUST learn how to take care of your customers first and foremost. Learn when to bend!

I love the shack. The staff are usually awesome. The usually is why I'm giving it 3 stars. I have an allergy to bananas. Nothing life threatening, they give me bad migraines. Because of this, I substitute out the banana on my favorite shakes. Most employees take my allergy into account, and I've also been told by staff that people with allergies don't get charged extra for the substitutions. There is one employee that has apparently missed the memo, because I get charged by her...every time. I went and got my free shake today (second free one this month) and she charged me the dollar. Not only that but I only had my card so now I have the extra charge. I'm not asking for reimbursement or anything free, just for the employees to get on the same page. Rant over.
