Second Time Recently Ordering. Not Like It Used To Be. Ordered The Smokehouse Chicken Sandwich. Ask For It To Be On Hoagie or Sub Roll. It Came On A Soggie Toast With Hardly Any Ingredients!! Did Not Have Fried Onions At All. Looks Nothing Like The Pic Posted On Menu (included The Panera Website Pic As Last Pic) The Butternut Squash Soup Tasted Great But I Guess That Comes Premade Directly From Panera. Sad Sad Sad Sandwhich Definitely Not Worth $8!! I'm Your Customer That Ordered On Nov 3 2021 around 4pm. Was delivered to Sandy Lyle Cove Round Rock TX. If Panera Would Like To Reach Out To Me I Will Keep My Receipt. I Nancy P. Had Ordered 2 Smokehouse Chicken Sandwiches (both looked like in pics below), 1 Bowl Butternut Squash Soup, And 1 Tomato and Cucumber Side Salad. Very Dissappointed! I Will Not Call In My Complaint Because According To The Past Reviews, That I've Now Read, That Would Not Be Worth My Time Or Mental Energy. LAST PIC IS WHAT MY SANDWHICHES SHOULD HAVE RESEMBLED!!

Ordered steak and cheddar sandwich with no pickled onions. Was given a sandwich with only meat and onions. Glad I wasted my money on a trash sandwich. Dry beef and dry bread, flavored with onion pickles. That's a flavor and texture that everyone loves right? Message received, Panera. I'll never order from you again.

We placed an online order for a number of items. This was our 4th delivery order in a row that was missing items. This order was missing a sandwich. I called in to get a replacement and was asked to hold for a manager. No one came to the phone so I eventually hung up and reordered the sandwich. Being that they are not low priced they should work to be more careful about fulfilling orders and serving customers.

Went in and ordered dine in around 905pm. The guy/probably a manager was rude to start with and told his associate to close the store. The gave me the food and there was another couple dining in. When they left the guy came to me and told me that they are closed and I have to leave. He was so rude and told me again. I had to throw away food and walk out. First time experiencing such a rude behavior and that too from Panera. They could have not taken my order than asking me to leave. I am from Dallas and will never go this location ever again!!!

I ordered a custom hot coffee today for pick up. When I arrived to the pick up window I saw my order, however when I picked up the cup it was empty. An associate told me I needed to go make it at the coffee counter. I went to the counter there was only decaf out, no milk options, no flavor syrups, etc. I brought it to the cashier's attention and she stated the coffees were still brewing or I could bring it back to the pick-up window for someone to make. Now, I don't mind making my own coffee, however I ordered it online ahead of time so I could grab and go. This all was a waste of my time had they just made my coffee in the first place this all could've been avoided and saved me time.
