Gooooone this place has new owners it’s gone from a really cool vibe cafe to a shopping centre cafeteria The friendly hipster staff have gone replaced by under ages to save a bit of cash I suspect .The high prices are still there though they didn’t miss out on that part. Also do not buy cake Mondays it’s been sitting under a black cloth over the weekend at Christmas it was there for 4 Days gone is fresh. It’s really just a gathering place for the nearly dead including me .

Not sure what has happened to this place…used to be greeted by a friendly smile, great service and delicious food. Now? Greeted by a surly lady behind the counter - order some sandwiches made fresh and upon picking them up - disgusted! The sandwiches (especially for the price you pay) used to be full and FRESH! None of the sandwiches cut in half, bread is falling apart and STALE, tomato ends in all four sandwiches and only once slice of tomato in each, a sprinkle of lettuce and a huge mouthful of onion. No beetroot? Was a staple when ordering ALL salads! To add insult to injury the sandwiches have half the filling they used too and the bread in two sandwiches was buttered on the OUTSIDE, making for a greasy and messy eating experience. After being a loyal and regular customer for many years, I can only assume Jason and co have sold to new owners and it is evident in the poor quality of food. Would give zero stars if I could. $60 for 4 below mediocre sandwiches I wouldn’t feed to my dog.

How very disappointing to visit your Cafe at 12.30pm today and to be served and not be asked to show my proof of vaccination certificate which is a requirement of entry. I then sat and enjoyed my lunch and witnessed your staff not ask 1 customer to show same. So very sad and somewhat angry to see this blatant disregard.

Very poor counter service, no one cares if you get your food or drink:( Understand any stressful at busy time so happy to wait for a long time but totally not happy with the poor service. First time is also the last time visit. Love Noranda shopping village but this place is the only one won’t be back again.
