Horrible lazy employees. I pull in and the gas attendant was walking around. As I pull up to the pump he goes in the booth. I wait 5 minutes assuming he might actually be doing something important. Nope he's in there stretching. As soon as I start my truck before I even pull away he rushed inside the store. Never going there again.

Be careful getting gas at this 7-11 on Florida Grove!! You tell them to but a certain amount & they go over by $25.00 & walk away laughing like it's your problem. Do not give them business!!!

Ordered 4 snicker bars ice creams through doordash from this 711. I received an opened bag of frozen meatballs. Drivers aren't the ones that grab the items, the cashiers are. Like ... how absolutely incompetent do you have to be to mess that up? Complete trash!

THIS REVIEW UPDATED - Don't come to this place for gas. Gas attendant was rude and unprofessional. There's also a language and attitude barrier that needs to be addressed. 7eleven owner pls. take note. Train your gas attendant to be more professional and attentive. Also, having basic manners and courtesy to customers. Say Good Morning, Good evening, Hello and Thank you would be appreciated. I was there today at 545AM and requested a fill up, 2 minutes after the gas pump stopped and only filled up 1/4 of the way. I tried getting gas attendant attention and to no avail. Finally I had to beep my horn a few times. He says to me "one at a time" as he starts to take out the gas pump with an attitude. I said the reason I was trying to get your attention was because it stopped and my gas is not filled up. He didnt try to listen to me and gave a nastier attitude. People who cant handle and give good customer service shouldnt be working there as gas attendant. I wanted to score 0 because this isn't the first time I had experienced bad customer service at this 7eleven. I tried to give a second chance today but it's worst than the first. 12/19/21 I must say that I needed to update this review. I needed to get gas early one morning and it's just convenient to use this station. That day there was a gas attendant named Emmanuel who used to work there. He made me want to come to this gas station again because of his awesome attitude/personality. He's was always welcoming and Thanked you everytime. He even said God bless you Mam. You don't hear that kind of pleasantness especially for a hard job like his. I don't see him there anymore. But, 7 eleven hired a good worker when they hired Emmanuel made me a customer again.

I stopped for gas and waited 20 min…. Went inside of the store and the clerk told me that “ NO ONE SHOWED UP TO WORK”. Huh?! Seriously! Every pump had a car waiting, all of us went inside to find out what’s going on. This is ridiculous.

I just had the worst experience I have ever had at a 7-Eleven before. if the manager sees this, I was pretty much harassed by your female worker that you had scheduled on this day, she’s lucky I kept my cool!, It was about 2:50 pm Wednesday afternoon. As I was making my ice coffee as I do at least 10 times a day at different establishments mainly my hometown and my rewards can show that. I pass this 7-Eleven 3 to 4 times a week. And this was my first time stopping and definitely will be my last. I will also spread the word on how I was treated while in your location. I will also speak with the female owner that owns the 7-Eleven in my town which I do speak with on a daily basis ,To see if she can get word to the owner of this location.
