Really helpful staff, not been to a KFC in a long time as I requested something they don't offer anymore (lunchtime boxes or whatever they was called) an the girl server managed to do something for me that was basically the same but was something else. Really impressed the staff have that knowledge of the menu. Only reason is marked down was the restaurant was closed only drive through was open (was approx 18:00hrs) an I really needed to pee an still had another 3hrs of my journey left

I went inside and used that self serve order machine ... The lady next to me said these machines are meant to speed things up ?????
To which I replied , " it hasn't speeded me up ! I've been here 2 days 🤭🤭.
Oh how we giggled ...
My food arrived and it was all correct ....well , I mean .... They shouldn't get ' a box of popcorn chicken ' wrong should they ....
But I did pay for a paper bag that I didn't receive ???
Oh well ...

Drive thru only due to covid restrictions. small queue (2 cars ahead) at 5pm on a Sunday. Food was excellent. staff polite and all wearing appropriate ppe etc. Will deffo return

Definitely improved, although the odd thing missing from an order or the wrong item put in bag the quality of food has improved over the months. The last 2 times we have been has been really good... within space of 1 month.

We have been a couple of times since the store reopened, and each time had a great experience. It's ideal if you're after a chilled dining experience, in a pleasant, friendly environment. I was short on time this occasion, so went through the drive-through. The service was excellent, fast, friendly and the food was fresh and still piping hot when we arrived home! Thanks to the KFC team once again! The hard work and new store is really paying off, and is a real family treat to dine with you!
