Dunkin'

They discontinued my favorite drink, the Mango Pineapple refresher. I was getting one almost everyday. The other two they still have are not as good. Here's what really gets me. I always order at the drive thru, always. 9 out of 10 times, they won't put napkins in the bag. I'm getting my food to go, that's when I really need napkins. All Dunkin's do it and it's super annoying. Hence 4 stars.

I had a stressful day at work, thought I'd pop in for a pick-me-up. And the staff were SO NICE. Literally, just so nice and angels, all of them. I can't remember names but this one girl, she had very nice nails and made my drink so pretty, she was so friendly!! Thank you so much I really appreciate it!!

After coming to this store for so many years with such poor customer service, this is the first time i've been impressed with your team. Reyna is undoubtedly your best employee and an amazing worker with great bedside manner. She deserves all the praise, not just because of how amazing she is, but also because your other employees are so bad

Great experience in the drive-thru a couple days ago. I purchased coffee for me & 4 plain munchkins for the 4 dogs I had in the back of the car, and the team of baristas came to the window to make a fuss and give them some more treats. The dogs LOVE this, and so do we! Talk about "conditioning", we stop for coffee even when we're really not craving coffee now, because the second we pull in and the pups see (& hear) the menu board, they race to the driver side windows in anticipation of what they'll be getting. Thanks to all the employees working at 1:25p last Sunday!

Friendly staff and decent coffee, egg wraps always hit the spot! Update November 2020: The pink holiday cups stained my daughter's hand pink in several places after only holding it for a few minutes. They still have good espresso though! Update April 2019: I've been coming to this location for years and it has always been good, but lately it's been barely passable. Service quality has gone way down. The staff they have is poorly organized and very poorly trained. The management seems overwhelmed or nonexistent. Hopefully someone, the owner? Will recognize the problems and clean house. Sad to see how far down it has gone.
