Price fluctuations for certain items. I don’t mind paying a bit more for good coffee and service, if I’m paying for it, I expect decent quality coffee and service.
Overall all coffee quality is inconsistent at the best.

The cleanest Dunkin donuts I have ever been to with the nicest people I've been drinking coffee for years from Dunkin donuts and this is definitely the best one I've ever been to ever Their donuts or fresh even on the day was almost over, and still had a decent inventory at that, And their coffee was the best I've ever had not burnt at all.

Coffee always taste burnt too much sugar
everytime i go there. It doesn't matter what type of coffee you buy always burnt flavor.
One of the ladies there is very rude. I will no longer come to this place. There is a post on Facebook with Many others who have experienced this as well.
