I agree with bad customer service. Went in with a 40oz DD refill cup. They charged me for 2 LG. Only put one in there and told me they could not fill cup because they did not sell cup. I told the manager it is a DD and DD is a national company. Very dis pleased with visit. Will find another DD. My advice to regional manager of that store is retrain all employees and work on customer service

Absolute worst service EVER ! My family and I went through the drive thru and I was trying to order and the person on the Mic kept interrupting me and saying yup what else yup what else yup what else . I couldn't get a word out! What a rude jerk! I will NEVER return there and we spend about 30 at dunkins a day but screw that place ! The worst part it was the MANAGER who I was talking to when I asked for the manager !!! Horrible and they never get the order right either ! I'll drive 5 min out of the way just so I don't go there ever again!
