Dunkin'

Always good service. They seem to be a well organized store. Please remember to tip if you're using a card. I sometimes forget because the service is so quick. I usually leave a tip with change from my change jar. (The store benefits also because they're short on change and employee can get paper currency )

Went here a couple weeks ago and after sitting at the speaker for 4 minutes we spoke up. We were given attitude so we asked for simple “sorry for the wait” or anything acknowledging their mistake and instead we got “were super busy”. There was a single car in front of us when we first pulled up and a car or two in the parking lot. We were annoyed already so we left. When we did someone yelled “hey” out the window and flipped us off. We turned back around and went in because we felt so disrespected. I believe there was a single older man in the store and no one else. How is that super busy? We asked who flipped us off and none of the 3 employees would admit to it. We went down to the one in Dracut on Mammoth and we were in and out of the drivethru in less time than it took for anyone to answer the drivethru at this location. I contacted Dunkin corporate and was supposed to hear back from the manager but it’s been 2 weeks and nothing.

I hate to do this but its happened to me more than one time. Masks are not being worn, and 9 out of 10 times my order is wrong. Donuts are hard as a rock and bacon is not cooked. I wanted to love this dunkin since its so close to my house. Something needs to be done here they are suffering. I had guests over and they went there and also had a bad experience.

I usually go to this Dunkin Donuts, today my food and coffee was made and handed to me without masks. I asked for my money back which they gave to me. The girl, who was also the manager, that gave me my coffee and food was NOT wearing a mask nor was the other employee. Right on the Dunkin website it states all of Covid 19 rules, which they ARE not following. I told them they should be wearing masks while working around food. She proceeded to tell me NOT to come back, amongst other choice phrases, which I was already planning on doing. I am not the kind of person to become angered easily, but this manager was beyond disrespectful. She should also work on her attitude. This location is in a small town, of which I have lived in for 18+ years, and have never received so much disrespect at any of the other businesses especially from a manager. I will be going to the other 2 locations from now on where they are more respectful to their customers.
