The customer service here is fantastic! After only a few curbside pickups, they recognized my car and brought out my smoothie right as I parked. This makes a world of difference when you have a fussy baby in the car. Thank you for taking care of your customers so well!

I ran into this location on a run and Jo helped me. He was SUPER HELPFUL and even did a favor for me. This was probably one of the BEST Experiences I’ve had at this location!

As we all know, it's almost unbearably hot in Houston. Decided to cool off with a small Strawberry Surf Rider. The flavor was really good and it had fresh fruit pieces. I'm excited about the new location that has opened by my job in Sienna Plantation. I shall alternate between Jamba and the Smoothie King across the way.

I had the Jamba Juice Acai Super-Antioxidant Smoothie with whey protein and vitamin boost. Smoothie was made perfectly.
I wish their were more locations.

Overall the experience was good. Clean facilities, a lot of options, great customer service. The smoothie was a little watery for my liking but that is a person preference.

Great customer service! Im not sure the girl's name who serviced me this morning but she is consistently nice and professional.
She was working by herself it looked like and several people came in after me & she still managed to get my smoothie out to me in a timely fashion. I will definitely be returning!

I usually drop by this Jamba Juice whenever I am in the area and want to drink a healthy smoothie. The last time I went there the friendly employee introduced me to their reward program. All I had to do was enter my phone number and I was signed up. This was great because it gave me $3 off my next visit which I will definitely use. I usually just get a Strawberries Wild when I go. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because recently I wanted to try a different smoothie with orange juice in it but they were out of oranges at the time. To be fair, it was pretty late in the day. Either way, I will be going back for my next smoothie fix.
