Come in and order two sausage egg and cheese sandwich’s for my kids. Older lady behind the counter was barely pleasant and not very customer service oriented. That’s putting it mildly. Wait a while, get bacon egg and cheese. I ask nicely, we didn’t order bacon egg and cheese. The lady that we placed the order with shouts over the counter “I asked you twice if you wanted bacon egg and cheese”....... really? How rude and what terrible customer service.

order#565 today I went in and ordered 2 croissants with egg and bacon only. They gave me one croissant with egg and bacon and another sandwich made with a bagel. I also asked for a HOT COCOA with caramel swirls I got a hot coffee with coconut flavor caramel swirls and cream???? Like what? If they don't know how to listen to simple instructions they should not work there.. what if I'm allergic to coconut? And I took a sip. Or what if I was lactose intolerant. Como sense on how careful they should be. So disappointed never going back

They were quick and easy to work with, food was tasty and unburnt, could have used more sauce but thats just personal preference. My main complaint is the fact that the bathroom sink barely works. It's one of those push ones that does not stay on no matter how much you push it, as well as the fact that the sink never heats up. I'm sorry but if your hot water heater doesn't work you can't be running a food establishment because how do you expect your employees to maintain sanitary conditions without the proper tools to do so.

My husband waited in line for 10 mins..there were 6 people working behind the counter but no one waited on him. When i asked if we could get a coffee the girl answered she wasnt doing the register. I asked well who is? Still no help at counter. Looks to me the the online orders are way more important than in person. We left without a coffee. Poor service Doesnt deserve the one star. Hire more competant people. That was dec 3rd at apprx 230 pm
