The restaurant and bathroom were spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and upbeat, and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious! My husband took forever deciding what to order (lol) and they were so sweet and patient. Then he forgot to say no mayo after the order was placed and they still made sure to modify the order and everything came out right. Our food was so tasty too! The whole team seems top-notch and our experience far exceeded expectations!

my family and i decided to stop here after a week of vacation , and all i can say is i’m super satisfied with their customer service like there were five of us yet they had our food out (and fresh 😋) in less than two minutes. our cheese was melted in our burgers and fries/onion rings were hot. if anybody’s passing by payson , this is the place to stop by ! ☺️

The friendliest service I've ever had from a burger king. It's a great spot on your way OUT of Payson (heading to PHX) as it's waaay less busy than the McDonald's nearby.
When exiting and intending to take a left keep in mind you can just take a right, get in the left hand turn lane, pull into the nearby hotels parking lot, drive through to the auto parts store nearby, then exit heading south. Saves me time almost every time.

Took at least 15 minutes to get our order with only three customers in front of us.
When our did arrive, order was wrong. Although they did correct the error fairly quickly.
I think the worst part was that the ketchup dispenser was out of order. So they had ketchup packets in a smal container on the front counter, which was also filled with some kind of mystery liquid.

My first visit at Burger King in Payson today. I ordered the Impossible burger meal. It was awful. The veggie burger was 1/4 in thick, dry and no flavor. Coke & fries were the same as anywhere else. First and last visit there.

I just had the best whopper, exactly right, made to order! I managed a BK for many years so I know what I’m talking about. We are in a 5th wheel and the dining room is closed, the sweetest little girl came outside to get out order! We stopped at a McDonald’s with a closed dining room and they refused to serve us unless we were in a vehicle, of course the drive was too low🙄 guess who isn’t trying McDonald’s again? This girl!

Went at off peak time, it was clean, not many people in the dining room and the staff was friendly and efficient. Just got a quick snack.
