Chili's

The food is good but the service isn't great. I've been to this location multiple times and each time I have ordered an alcoholic beverage, I have waited over 20 minutes for it. Tonight, however, was particularly frustrating. I ordered a watermelon margarita and i waited as usual. The table that had came in 15 minutes after me got their alcoholic drinks long before me. By the time I got my plain margarita, not watermelon margarita, I was halfway finished with my food. What was especially disappointing was the table across the restaurant that got 4 watermelon margaritas when I only received a plain one. I was really looking forward to the watermelon one. I keep trying to come back expecting a better experience but it is the same every time.

I arrive you late because I had to go get some burn medication for my hand. It seems I aggravated the hostesses. When I didn't want to order any food. For my friend tried to get explanation why we had to pay on the machine. It seemed like again that we were beginning to get on their nerves. When I tried to get some soda to go because my friends are ready to go I had a hard time getting somebody to serve me and then the woman that was at the bar was not happy that I had asked her. My friend Maggie ended up getting me a two-go cup. Three stars is actually probably more than what they were deserving.

It was a great visit. I've been to a few different Chilis and usually there is always a problem with the food but this location was excellent. I also want to give props to our waiter. I wish I had gotten his name because he was very patient with our party. Half our group was an hour and half late, but he stayed professional and courteous throught the time we were there.
